The work draws deep inspiration from the metal remains at the Nova festival site, where time has left its mark, but within Tom's art, corrosion does not symbolize loss, but rebirth.

In this version of the Ve'ahavta series, the piece is also a wall lamp. A strip of LED light hidden behind the work casts a soft glow around it, and the word carved in iron looks as though the light rises from within.
