A. General

This website is operated by [Artist Name/Business Name] (hereinafter: "The Management"). Browsing and purchasing products on this site constitute your agreement to the terms and conditions detailed below.

B. Handmade Nature of Products

The customer acknowledges that all products on the site are handmade from metal. Due to the artisanal nature of the work and the use of raw materials, slight variations in texture, shade, dimensions (up to a 5% deviation), or finish may occur compared to the images displayed. These variations are not considered defects but rather a testament to the unique character of each piece.

C. Pricing and Payment

• All prices include VAT as required by Israeli law (unless stated otherwise).

• The Management reserves the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payments are processed via credit card or other approved digital payment methods.

D. Shipping and Delivery (International & Local)

• Processing Time: In-stock items will be shipped within [Number] business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping provider and destination.

• International Taxes: For orders shipped outside of Israel, all customs duties, import taxes (VAT/Customs), or local handling fees in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local import laws before placing an order.

• The Management is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, holidays, customs clearance, or Force Majeure.

E. Cancellation and Returns Policy

• Returns (Israel): In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), an order may be canceled within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. A cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be deducted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• International Returns: Returns for international orders will be processed minus transaction fees and original shipping costs, and only after the product has been returned to the artist in its original, undamaged condition.
