Material defects in the materials from which the work is made
Significant deviation from the artwork specifications as presented on the website or agreed upon with the client
Damage caused during shipping, provided that the customer reported the damage within 48 hours of receiving the work.

3. Limitation of Liability
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
Natural changes in materials over time (such as minimal fading of colors)
Damage caused by improper handling, unreasonable use or incorrect installation
Damage caused after the warranty period
Damage caused by failure to comply with the storage instructions detailed in Section 4

4. Storage instructions
For optimal preservation of the artwork, it is recommended:
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight or high humidity.
Avoid direct contact with the piece without appropriate gloves.
Do not clean the artwork with chemicals without consulting the artist.
Keep the creation at a stable temperature between 18-24 degrees Celsius.
Keep sources of heat or moisture away from the artwork.
The artist is not responsible for any damage caused to the work after it is delivered to the customer due to poor storage, unsuitable environmental conditions, or improper care of the work.

5. The process of exercising responsibility
In the event of a defect or damage covered by warranty, the customer must act as follows:
Contact the artist within 48 hours of discovering the defect via:
Phone: 054-614-0717
Email: tomshmuely@gmail.com
Provide a detailed description of the defect and clear photographs of the damaged piece.
If necessary, return the damaged work to the artist (shipping costs will be borne by the artist in the event that the defect is covered by warranty)
The artist undertakes to respond to the customer's inquiry within 5 business days and offer an appropriate solution depending on the circumstances: repair of the work, replacement with a new work, or partial/full refund, at the artist's discretion.

6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding the scope of liability or the manner in which it is exercised, the parties will work to resolve the dispute amicably. If they do not reach an agreement, the matter will be referred to mediation in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

7. Liability for indirect damages and accidents of use
The artist will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or circumstantial damage, including damage to the body, property or health of the customer, which may result from the use of the work, even if the use is done properly and in accordance with the storage instructions.
The customer is requested to check in advance the suitability of the work for the intended location and use (e.g.: installation at height, exposure to pets or children). The works are not intended for use in a humid environment or in direct contact with small children or animals. The customer is responsible for the safe installation of the work, including the use of appropriate means for hanging or placing.
